what I need to do to create a successful app:
- start skectching ideas - the way i want my interface to look
- wireframes, storyboards. look at Balsamiq, Moqups, and HotGloo
- test prototype - inivision app, video
- design icons
- design each skin
- look at fonts, colour schemes
- logo
